Female Founded
At least one woman among the original founders of the business, at any equity level.
Evidence we require
CRO filing showing founder names, public LinkedIn or company about page, or owner statement at sign-up.
Female Owned
Majority ownership (more than 50%) currently held by women.
Evidence we require
CRO shareholder filing, statutory accounts, or owner attestation.
Female Led
Current CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent operational head is a woman, irrespective of ownership.
Evidence we require
Public title verification via LinkedIn, company website, or CRO directors filing.
Female Senior Team
At least 50% female representation in the C-suite or senior leadership team (typically the top 5–8 roles).
Evidence we require
Public team page review, LinkedIn cross-check, or optional company attestation.
Verified, never paid-for. No business pays to appear higher in the directory.
